Homeopathy and Women
Hello to each of you,
This month is all about women and different ways Homeopathy can help. We are naturally hormonal and may need some support in regulating our hormones so that we experience the ups and downs that life has to offer. What Homeopathy can assist with, is moving out of a hormonal situation that we may feel stuck in with more ease.
Here are just some of the areas Homeopathy can help: *these aren't all of the remedies, these are just some of the ones that are commonly used. Homeopathy is about finding that right remedy that works for you :)
Anemia - A Banerji Protocol - Kalium muriaticum + Ferrum Phos, twice a day (these are cell salts)
Anxiety - Sepia, Aconite, Ignatia, Arsenicum (choosing one that fits or possibly a combo)
Bloating - Banerji Protocol - Arsenicum + Lycopodium - could also try Nux vomica + Chelidonium
Breast - Breast injuries - Arnica; Breast swelling and tenderness - Bryonia or Phytolacca

Low lobido - Sepia

I am putting together my Female workshop (where we go into detail and discuss these and other female issues). I will be doing this live sometime in March.
As we know, the female body is beautiful and can be complex (I mean that in the most loving way). Think about all the changes we go through as women. There are a lot of hormonal events that happen - girls entering puberty, if we use birth control, if we have children, stress and anxiety, menopause - just as some examples. So it is understandable that we may need some help along the way, and Homeopathy offers that support in a gentle, caring and safe way. And I am here for you, because I too have gone through lots of changes and have felt hugely supported from the use of Homeopathic medicines
